Oliver Ames Cross Country
Oliver Ames Cross Country is a competitive high school cross country program built upon a philosophy of integrity, commitment, hard work, sacrifice, and perseverance.
We believe that anyone can pursue these values, regardless of natural talent, and as such we do not make performance-based cuts. Membership does not require that you can run any particular distance in any particular time. Instead, our roster is built on a commitment to the values of the program. We hold ourselves and each other to high standards of integrity, commitment, hard work, sacrifice, and perseverance.
Despite the COVID-19 Pandemic, the 2020 Team had 100 members. We continue to be one of the largest programs in the state. Despite our size, each athlete's training program is individually tailored to their ability level, ensuring that each athlete is challenged appropriately.
